TO THE ATTENTION OF OUR EU CUSTOMERS:

From 1 July, 2021 the Value Added Tax (VAT) rules in the European Union (EU) will change. The VAT exemption for the importation of goods with a value not exceeding 22 EUR will be removed. As a result, all goods imported to the EU will be subject to VAT.

What does that mean for our EU customers? Currently, our EU customers were able to purchase our goods online VAT-free if the consignment of good(s) was valued at €22 or below. This will be ending on 1 July 2021 and all purchases made from EU will be subject to EU VAT. For imports valued at €150 or more, regular duty and tax rates will still apply. The buyer’s delivery address will determine the country-specific VAT rate, which is 20% of the total paid amount for most countries. 

As we ship orders delivery duty unpaid (DDU), import VAT will be owed by the customer at delivery and will not be our responsibility. DHL or your country’s customs authorities will contact you about the VAT process. Please be aware that if you decide not to take the order after it arrives to your delivery address because of the VAT applied and the order returns to us, we will not be responsible for the refunding of any costs.

Item Availability

In most cases, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, either the item will not appear on the site at all, or a message indicating the item is Out of Stock will appear on the product detail page. In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled and ask if you’d prefer a refund or a replacement for the missing item(s).

We process and ship orders within one business day (often in the same day) after payment is received  regardless the shipping method selected. Dispatch time might delay one or two days during special promotion days because of large number of orders.

 
If you encountered any issue about the item you received, you should contact us until 7 days passed. Otherwise we can not help you. If the item as shown in its description and photo is as same as to the item you received but if you do not like the item you received, you can return the order within 7 days of the delivery. Return cost of the order is in customer responsibility in this situation. If you have received incorrect, defective, or damaged item; we can either issue a full refund to you, or another identical or similar items will be shipped to you upon your decision. But first of all; please take a few photos to show the issue you encountered with the items you received from us. We only cancel/refund via e-mail conversation.
